Organizer Agreement
Version 2026-10-16 · Published October 16, 2026
The organizer confirms its identity and authority to list the event. It must provide accurate dates, venue, prices, capacity, admission terms, refund rules, and contact details; secure required permits and safety arrangements; meet tax obligations; and own or license uploaded material.
The organizer is responsible for event delivery, customer complaints about the event, cancellation and rescheduling notices, and refund obligations under disclosed terms and applicable law. Organizer refund settings cannot remove mandatory customer rights. Prohibited or fraudulent events may be suspended. Chargebacks, fraud, and disputes may delay settlements while investigated.
Ticket revenue, platform fees, payment processing costs, refunds, and chargebacks are tracked separately. A dashboard balance does not prove funds have been paid out. Settlement depends on confirmed collection, risk review, provider availability, and the separately agreed payout terms. No automatic Wise or TagadaPay payout is promised. Platform fees must be set and disclosed before sales begin.
The organizer grants EventLinkzHub permission to display event information and contact attendees about their purchase and material changes. Account access may be suspended for fraud, unsafe or unlawful events, or material breach, with a support contact for review.
