Terms and Conditions

EventLinkzHub operates a marketplace where independent organizers list events and sell tickets. Unless an event expressly identifies EventLinkzHub as organizer, the listed organizer is responsible for the event, its accuracy, safety, admission rules, schedule, and delivery.

Accounts: You must provide accurate information, protect your password, and use the service lawfully. We may verify email addresses and restrict or suspend accounts involved in fraud, abuse, or security threats, with a review path through support.

Purchases: The checkout shows the event, organizer, ticket type, quantity, prices, service fee, applicable tax, total, currency, and refund terms before payment. A reservation is not a ticket. A paid ticket is issued only after verified payment. Your payment provider may have separate terms. Do not share a ticket QR code; its first valid scan may admit its holder. The organizer may check identity or apply disclosed venue rules.

Event changes: Organizers may update or cancel events. We will communicate material changes when we have a working contact address. See the Refund and Cancellation Policy for requests and event changes. Mandatory legal rights remain available.

Prohibited conduct: Do not use stolen payment instruments, resell or duplicate tickets against event rules, scrape private attendee data, upload unlawful content, or disrupt the site. Organizers must have rights to their event materials and meet applicable permits, safety, tax, and consumer obligations.

Intellectual property: Organizers retain rights to their event content and grant us permission to display it to operate the marketplace. EventLinkzHub branding and software belong to their respective owners.

Availability and liability: We work to keep the service available but outages can occur. Any liability limits apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law and do not remove non-excludable consumer rights. Contact support for disputes.
