We collect account identity and contact data, password hashes, email verification status, organizer and event details, reservation and purchase records, ticket and check-in records, support correspondence, and security audit data. Payment providers handle payment credentials; we store transaction references and status rather than full card numbers or CVV.

We use this information to run accounts, display and sell event tickets, verify payment, issue and validate tickets, send transactional email, address refunds and disputes, prevent fraud, and maintain records. The event organizer may receive attendee and order information needed to operate admission and support its event. Access is restricted by account and staff permissions.

We share data with configured payment, email, hosting, and infrastructure providers as needed for those purposes. Card payments are processed by TagadaPay. We do not store the full card number or CVV. We do not describe analytics as active unless configured. Session and security cookies are described in the Cookie Policy.

Records may be retained for operational, tax, dispute, and legal needs; a specific retention schedule requires business and legal approval. Request access, correction, or deletion through the support address. Some records may need to be retained where required by law or to resolve transactions. We use HTTPS, password hashing, access controls, and private media storage; no security measure can guarantee absolute protection. Applicable privacy rights depend on your location and the governing law.
